i want to know if form 16 is on another name & on investment such as LIC of same person is on another name after marriage is there any way to solved the problem
If PAN is on OLD name before marriage & after marriage the name is change in that case what should we do

If you would like to change your maiden name in Pan card/with IT department you can apply for correction in PAN data through Form 49A supported by documentary proof for the same.
