24 June 2010 Can anyone tell if an individual who is housewife and have been alloted the PAN no. do not file IT returns any chance of getting notice from IT Authorities for non filing of return, if yes what to do in such case if income is nil.

24 June 2010 If the Income is less then the taxable limit there is no necessary to file the return. even you get the notice you can reply. there is no penal consequences
