03 November 2012 Whether the articles are given paid leaves during the period of their exam leaves for CA Finals.

Basically what are the rules and conditions pertaining to the leaves taken by the articled assistants?

03 November 2012 no rule for paid leaves,
leaves allowed i.e. not treated as extension if leaves taken of 180 days or 1/6 of actual period served whichever is less.

days of exams are not treated as leave along with intermediate holidays. and same way GMCS ,ORIENTION etc are also not treated as leave
