15 January 2015 Sir I want to knw whether an organization having more than 20 employees and registerd under P.F act can surrender its registration for non payment of P.f. in futurebif the employees fall below 20 and are not expected to rise in future.??

15 January 2015 Once an establishment falls within the purview of the Act,it shall continue to be governed by the Act notwithstanding that the number of persons employed therein at any time falls below twenty.
