Outstanding demand u/s 143(1)

23 May 2014 sir, i have made payment of income tax and credit also in 26 AS shows. but in income tax e filling website, there is showing outstanding tax demand of that year u/s 143(1) and they also provide demand identification no. what i will have to do for solve this problem????

23 May 2014 first of all kindly request for a copy of the assessment order. that will give you an idea about the source of demand.

23 May 2014 there is a massage like "no order existent" so i cant get order,, is there any online procedure for rectification?

23 May 2014 you can rectify online but for that you need the assessment order first..
