05 May 2010 If we are working with a Practicing CA firm and i would like to go in my own individual practice also then wats the requirements??

05 May 2010 To be termed as practicing, you need to hold COP and should be a Partner in the firm. However, while being an employee of a CA firm, you cannoy hold COP.
However, you can hold Part Time COP but you cannot do any certification or attestation work while holding Part Time COP.
