If we are working with a Practicing CA firm and i would like to go in my own individual practice also then wats the requirements??

To be termed as practicing, you need to hold COP and should be a Partner in the firm. However, while being an employee of a CA firm, you cannoy hold COP.
However, you can hold Part Time COP but you cannot do any certification or attestation work while holding Part Time COP.
However, you can hold Part Time COP but you cannot do any certification or attestation work while holding Part Time COP.
