my SC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED IS REGISTERED WITH MCA BUT ANY OTHER PERSON USE THIS NAME WHAT IS PROCEDURE FOR REMOVING THIS NAME

get proper evidences that the name is used by another person, then visit local PS and lodge a complaint for "fraudent misuse of your registered company name"

make complaint to MCA with the details of the person using the name, then get a certificate from MCA that same is registered by yourself, then visit local PS and lodge complaint.
