order passed under section 154 .time passed out a year. can we appeal now ? if yes ,how?
please define process.

1. Appeal to CIT(A) can be filed within 30 days of the receipt of order u/s 154.
So you cannot file an appeal.
2. You can file an application u/s 154 for rectification of order passed u/s 154.
In case the application is rejected, then you can file an appeal against the new order.
So you cannot file an appeal.

Can file appeal before the CIT(Appeals) with a petition to 'condone the delay' in filing the appeal.
