Hi....
We are a Newly incorporated Pvt. Ltd company. We have resolved to open up corporate bank account with SBI.
Please let me know the Process of opening up a bank account.
What are the documents required by the SBI?

Give a resolution to bank for opening bank account. bank will also ask for certificate of incorporation and AOA & MOA of the Company.
