Dear All.
Greeting of the day to all members,
Please guide me on my following me on following matter.. we are jaipur based mfg recently we have open our branch & werehouse in chennai.
query...1) do we need to obtain New TIN No for our branch....2) weather branch accounts will be maintained separately.

No need for taking new tin no for branch. You can get your RC amended so as to include chennai as branch.

We are registered in rajsthan vat and
By using form F the goods will be send to chennai branch however in tamil nadu the goods will be sale from chennai branch pls clarify in this scenario will i have to obtained TIN No in tamil Nadu vat or we can sale the goods from our chennai branch by using the TIN No of rajsthan vat.
Also let me know what do you means by RC
