07 April 2011 Dear Sir,

Please let me know who is eligible to file online service tax return. What is turnover is require to file such online service tax return. Also please let me know the how to calculate turnover of company. Is the turnover means total receipt of F.Y.?

Please help me!!!

07 April 2011 On-line return (e return) has been linked to payment of service tax .If service tax paid in preceeding year is 10/- lakh or more then e return is mandatory.earlier there was no such clause.

Pl see clause 3 of notification 1/2010 dated 19/2/2010 in www.servicetax.gov.in
