24 March 2011 who can file online ROC return......?,CS or any one (employee), whose digital signature need for it......?

25 March 2011 Normally for filing a form two digital signatures are required. One of a practising Chartered Accountant or Cost accountant or a practising company secretary.

The other signature required is that of a managing director, or director or manager or secretary of the company.

25 March 2011 actually, I am pursuing C.S. still Not entered ( appearing for executive programme). Can I file roc return or not, if i made my digital signature.
