Can audit is mendatory by assesee if service provide amt >40 lac 2009-10 and >60 in 2010-11 as per service tax law by C.A.

Not mandatory under Service tax Act,1994. But as per Income tax Act 1961, vide section 44AB, audit is compulsory for the given case.
