30 March 2010 Can audit is mendatory by assesee if service provide amt >40 lac 2009-10 and >60 in 2010-11 as per service tax law by C.A.

30 March 2010 Not mandatory under Service tax Act,1994. But as per Income tax Act 1961, vide section 44AB, audit is compulsory for the given case.
