Online application for final exams

07 February 2012 I am attempting for CA final May 12, however I am facing a problem regarding details to be filled for last apperance with regards to online application for exam. Actually I had filled exam form for Nov 11 for 2nd group(1st time) but was not able to appear for the exams. So what detail should I fill in the last selection column of "Last Appearance Details Of Final Exam" either failed or cancelled or should i leave it because mine result was not displayed
