if my service receipts are 2 lkh and i hope that my receipts goes cross 10 lkh and i would like to register and get a reg no. bt for next months i was unable to collect service tax on any receipts due to less receipts and below 10 lkh then what r the objections arise as per CBEC.

If your services are less than 10 lakhs then no need to collect and pay service tax.

but sir problem is that ke agar maine no. lai liya hai bt use nahi kara then what r the objections that can arise

If you have registered with service tax and your turnover is less than 10 lakhs then no need to pay service tax only filing of return is mandatory.
