If a person is NRI received salary outside india for service rendered outside india on which tax has already being deducted outside india is it necessary to file income tax return in India and it's tax payment plz help

If the said person is NOT having any income in India, then return need not be filed.
But it is advisable to file the return so that the record is built up in Income Tax database

Sir while I filling the return of NRI ITR 2A sir I am not seen any any column under which I can show salary income of NRI under exempt head

01. In ITR 2A : There is no any separate column under EXEMPT income sheet. You have to enter the same under OTHER..item 5 of schedule EI sheet
02. In ITR 2 : You can enter the same as above + in sheet named FSI, you can show the same headwise,
