Notice u/s 142 (1) for ay 2012-13

The Ay is 2012-13 which is nowadays being heard u/s 142 (1). My concern is simply a proprietary concern. The CIT has told me that 31st Dec 2014 is the due date for issuing the assessment order. Someone has told me that 31st March 2015 is the due date in this case. Actually SA tax for Ay 2012-13 is still pending and at this moment of time I am not in a position to pay due to tight financial condition. In March 2015 I would be able to pay the balance of SA Tax. What should I do in this case ?

As per section 153, time limit for completion of assessment u/s 143(3) is two years from the end of relevant assessment year. Which is in your case 31.03.2015.
