23 June 2010 In a company there is a Term loan and Working Capital Loan are secured against the all stocks of the company which are hyphothecated,the term loan and working capital loans are settled with bank on one time settlement basis then bank and roc also released such assets whuch are hypothecated with bank now my query is whether this fact should be clearly disclosed in notes on accounts or this should be written as the loans are settled on one time settlement basis.
