visit the respective ITO and know the status, if refund is not issued then know the reason and follow up, if the cheque is issued but missing then department will issue a cheque after furnishing indemnity.

i) Send a letter to CMP, State Bank of India at SBIFAST 31, Mahal Industrial Estate, Off Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400 093, Phone Number: 18004259760 stating the correct address to which the refund is to be despatched.
ii) Send a copy of the above letter to your Assessing Officer.
iii) Retain a copy of the letter with you.
