2)if you have signed form 102 with the current person..it is nothing but you have agreed to work with him for 3 years and you cannot breach this..and join with other employer..if you do so you may be in trouble.
3)But as you said if he has only 2 years of practice he is not eligible to train more than 2 articles so rules provided in point 2 is not applicable to you
4)you are free to join with other employer in such case form 102 will not bind you..however if he is in continous practice of more than 5 years he can train 7 articles
5)so say him as he is not eligible to train more than 2 articles you want to register with other principal..
he has to agree other wise..just confirm that he is not having continuous service of more than 5 years and just leave him and register with other employer..he cannot do any harm to you as he is not eligible to train you
