Non submission of service tax

18 June 2015 Sir,
I had not filled the nil returns for upto 3 half yearly service tax returns. As my turnover not crossing 1 lakh. Kindly suggest what to do now.

18 June 2015 In future also you will not cross the limit then go for surrender of service tax registration.

20 June 2015 Sir, as now they are asking me to file return by paiying late fees for march2012, September 2012, march 2013. In those years also my turnover not croses even 1 lakh.
In recent years e.g 2013 to 2015 i am filling nil returns. What to do now.
