Suppose an auditor fails to report mandatory disclosures under Revised Schedule VI or non compliance of legal provisions despite being aware of it,would he be guilty of professional misconduct and what could the consequences be?

Yes!depending upon the circumstances of the case that CA can be a guilty of professional misconduct.
