dear all
i have a problem can any body solve it pls
actully my company has take some FDI since 2009 bt no FCGPR nad allotment has been made i want to know the course of action for the said prob as m new joinee here i dont know what to do n if any body is havinh format for condone the delay to rbi pls do forward me as i dint know what to write in the application its urgent pls

The course of action shall be as follows:
1. File FCGPR for the money received as share application money and similarly for the share allotment.
2. Go to RBI Mumbai for the compounding in the matter.

It is a multiple offence viz.,
i) delay in filing FCGPR
ii)not allotting shares with in 180 days of receipt.
iii)not refunding the money immediately after the said 180 days.
Delay being prolonged ,offence sustains.
Try for compounding as Anuj Ji pointed out rightly.
