Non filing of return

I have received a notice on 02.04.14 from New Delhi management cell to file return of income for A.Y. 10-11, 11-12, 12-13. I have only salary income and bank interest.
Can i do e-filing for all the three years now.

No u can file only for AY 12-13 & 13-14, if u wana file previous year's return then u have to take permission from ur Jurisdictional Officer.

first of all you need to check whether the income was above the exempted limit or not. If it was above this limit, the returns were to be filed. In such a scenario, you need to respond to the notice stating that returns are under preparation and contact local jurisdictional officer for filing the manual returns.
