tell me the case relation to NBFC company for non charging of interest on loan given by it and now case is in process

Whether in this case, the person who got Interest free loan can also be liable for any inquiry or proceedings. Can it's case also be open ?

no not such type of any proceeding can be ,but we have asked to the commissioner that the loan receiver is not in condition so that can pay interest but they are not agree at this point now we have appealed in tribunal

We have entered in same tranaction in current year. what type of doucments at Loan Reciever end we should have for future use.
