08 April 2012 Newly appointed auditor sent a letter to previous auditor requesting NOC.

Previous auditor asking for copy of resolution from new auditor to check validity of appointment.

Whether a previous auditor may ask for a copy of resolution for appointment of new auditor to check the validity of appointment in reply of NOC letter of new auditor.
