what is no due undertaking letter in gst refund process...the jurisdiction offices told me to furnish this.

The no due format is as under:-
certify that in respect of the refund amounting to Rs. /- with respect to the tax, interest, or any other amount for the period from TO , claimed in the refund application, the incidence of such tax and interest has not been passed on to any other person.
M/s. XXX P. Ltd. Having GSTN- solemnly affirm and certify that we do not have any case pending under CGST Act or any other Act in force for any amount.
We are claiming with your department for refund, and we will not claim any other government department for refund.
