Is it Mandatory to submit NIL TDS return of form no 26 and for salary if there is no deduction
Is tehre any law regarding this
When we are not submitting NIL return a letter is coming from NSDL
Can TAN number be surrendered

Since u are holding TAN file nil return . If question of tax deduction do not arise better to surrender TAN.
