how can i get nil sales tax assessment order from VATO

Under the VAT law , it is deemed assessment, unless a notice is issued for assessment under the local VAT law or CST . Only then you can get a assessement order

can u suggest if we have penalty of late return filing then how can we get nil assessment order

There shall be penalty for late filing of the returns. However you can obtain a nil order only on completion of the assessment which can be done only by issue of a notice from the department
