20 February 2013 Under the VAT law , it is deemed assessment, unless a notice is issued for assessment under the local VAT law or CST . Only then you can get a assessement order

20 February 2013 can u suggest if we have penalty of late return filing then how can we get nil assessment order

21 February 2013 There shall be penalty for late filing of the returns. However you can obtain a nil order only on completion of the assessment which can be done only by issue of a notice from the department
