18 January 2013 our company is incorporated on 20th November 2012. we are planning to commence operations from 1st of April 2013.

Whether we are liable for annual filing for the year ended 31st mar 2012???

we are willing to introduce share capital.so whether we should wait and issue new shares after 1st April 2013???

Please check what your company financial year has been decided by the Board. If financial year ended on 31.03.2013 then no need to annual filing for March 2012.

It will be better to introduce new capital before 31.03.2013 it will help you in preparing balance sheet.

19 January 2013 Actually i was asking dat whether we are required for filing for 31st mar 2013??

presently we are having share capital of rs 100000/-

& if we don't do any transaction before 31st march 2013 den too we are required to file annual returns with ROC ??

Yes, required to file Annual Return with ROC, if your financial year ended on 31 march 2013.
