New TDS Certificate

20 January 2010 Dear Members,

As all must aware that new rules of TDS return filing has been suspended, but the TDS certificate format for the F.Y. 2009-10 provided in the Rules is new one. I hope this no relevance. Can we issue TDS certificate in new format or we should use the old format for the F.Y. 2009-10.

20 January 2010 First of allthere is no such notification regards "the TDS return has been suspended" still we need to file the TDS quaterly returns and Form TDS certificate also there is no change only the new form 16AA is announced the income less than 150000/- ( salary case)

Dear Mr.Sunil Sec.88,88B,88C are not available from AY 2006-07 the same time Form 16 & 16A has been amended and UTN concept last March-09 CBDT has announced and suspended for time being.Form 17 and 24C also has beed suspended time being. My self I am clear but let me know any thing I am wrong please tell me I will correct

You are absolutely right in this concept. Now, can u give me some feed back as to in which form we should issue TDS certificates to our clients.
