I have registered for PCC on 1st jan 2008, my article training will complete in june 2011 and i am preparing for nov 2011 PCC exams. so new registration for PCC is compulsory for november 2011 exams?

not, new regstrn is nt required in ur case, u can attempt pcc exams.
