New rate of Service Tax for IATA Air ticketing Agent

Would like to know what is the rate of service tax to be charged by an IATA air Ticketing agent after the reduction of service tax to 10%.

General rate is 10.30% OR
Option in payment of tax:-
O.6% of the basic fare in case of domestic bookings and 1.2% of the basic fare in case of international bookings. This rate is effective from 19/4/2006. Ref:- Rule 6(7) and notification 17/2006 dt 25/4/2006.

This is old notification dtd 19/4/2006 .Can you let me know the latest notification after the service tax rate being reduced to 10.30% from 24th Feb 2009.
