pl. tell me new rate of service tax. i m confused wether it is 14 or 14.28.

it wil b 14.28 % as per mah view
bt til it get notified 12.36 % wil b in force
bt til it get notified 12.36 % wil b in force

at present it is 12.36% only as new rate not notified.
