Is it true that we cannot create a new Private Limited Company till 28th April 2014, as some forms are going to change.

22 April 2014 No U can form a new company. As Companies Act 2013 is applicable from Apr 2014. Hence all the forms will b changed.

22 April 2014 yes. you cannot apply for any form related to formation of a new company till 28 April 2014 (this is assuming they don't extend it any further. MCA has already extended the rollout once from 14 April to 28th April)
