is there any new provision has came that the assessee who is paying fees to any advocate or CA is liable to pay service tax on that fees...
or CA or advocate who is receveing fees is liable to pay service tax???
or CA or advocate who is receveing fees is liable to pay service tax???

Yes. As reverse charge method,as receiver of lawyer service, need to pay service tax directly to department. but Individuals receiving service from Lawyer not liable to pay service tax. please check the latest amendment in Service tax w.e.f.1st July
