F.No. 275/192/2009-IT (B)
New Delhi Dated the 9th February, 2010,
the deduction in respect of employer's contribution is restricted to 10% of salary allowable u/s 80CCD, will this be over and above the deduction allowable in respect of employees contribution which is also be equal to 10%
