Exemption from filing of Income-tax Return for Salaried having total income not exceeding Rs. 5,00,000
i want to know this applicable for this FY 2010-11,And if any employee TDS Deduct on salary.so if he would not file return. than how he will be take refund.....

This notification is applicable for FY 2010-11. But if you have to take refund or deposit tax, then you have to file your return.
Return is not required to be filed only when your TDS is exactly same as the amount of your Tax Liability.
