Whether new forms have been uploaded on mca website?
There are 4 pvt companies.
I have filed its annual return mentioning AGM date as 31st August;2012.
But I am not able to upload BS and P&L as it is showing that new forms have to be filed.
Do I have to file these 2 forms before 30th September?
But how is it possible to file as they have not uploaded new forms?
What are the consequences if it is filed after 30th September?
Please tell me.

Form 23AC and 23ACA non XBRL will be available for filing w.e.f. 30th September, 2012.
The period of filing within payment of additional fees has been extended to 15th October or 30 days of the date of AGM which ever is later.
