MY ATTEMPT OF CA FINAL IS DUE IN MAY 12.WILL THE NEW DTC BE APPLICABLE IN MY EXAM?

Why do you bother for May 2012, still we are in 2010.
As of now DTC is proposed to be implenented effective from 01.04.2011 onwords......
If it is approved in the parliament & gets assent from the President, then only it comes into picture, otherwise no.
