Under the Companies Act the first accounts can be of 15 months hence if a company is formed in January 2010 we can file the AR and BS upto March 2011. But in respect of the Income tax , do we need to file the IT Return for the March 2010. if i file IT return for March 2010 and dont file with ROC for March 2010 is it ok.
Shall i directly file IT return and Companies act return both for March 2011.

yes you will need to file returns for the period from January 2010 to March 31, 2010 - Infact you will have to prepare 3 months accounts and attach the same with returns...
