Hello sir, i am a student. My question is related to Residuary Non-Banking co.(RNBC).I have read in the NBFC guid - 1) Co. Should have at least 25 Lacks NOF to accept public deposit. 2) Co. May have NOF below 25 Lacks but to start the co they should have NOf more than Rs.10L. Now my Question is RNBC Haveling More than 10 Lacks NOF but less than 25 Lacks can accept public deposit.Plz kindly reply as your earliest.Thanks in advance.
