A person is not CA. Can this person be partner in a practicing chartered accounting firm.
For ex.
XYZ & Co is a practicing chartered accounting firm. Now Mr. ABC who is not a CA can become partner in XYZ & CO.
For ex.
XYZ & Co is a practicing chartered accounting firm. Now Mr. ABC who is not a CA can become partner in XYZ & CO.

no.. its not permitted to a CA firm to enter into partnership with a non CA
