whether new companies act will be applicable for May 2014 CA final exam?

Nothing can't be said now,
Have to wait for the ICAI update on that,
New Act will not be applicable for Nov,2013 its confirmed,
For May,2014 wait for the ICAI notification which will be issued at least 6 months prior of Exams..
