Does an NBFC requires registration under service tax??and if so, then when is the registration done ? is it at the time of incorporation of the Company?Please provide me the section/provisions in this behalf

There are no separate provisions for NBFC for service tax.

Yes, registration is mandatory, as an when the limit of Rs.9 lakhs is crossed in any year.
