Can the word 'unlimited'/'incorporated' is allowed to be used in the name of partnership firms by the Inspector General of Registration as per The Indian Partnership Act,1932.

The words are not allowed in the partnership firm. The registrar of firm will take the objection and will not allow to register the firm in such name.
