My mother have not gst number who is pay gst on rent ?

My mother donot have gst number but she recieve rent 30000 rent per month now she is able to pay gst or not but the tenant have gst number ?

31 July 2017 Don't want GST for your mother.
Tenant have GST, it's his purpose of business. Why you want GST....?
If the Tenant ask GSTIN from. Simply you reply NO...
