28 February 2013 Sir/Madam,
Am presently in service, serving the last twelve months of training as on 1st May, 2013 and due to complete 3years of training (including excess leave, if any)on or before 30th April, 2014..I have registered for my articles on 07-03-2011.By this may,i would be done with my 2 years of articleship and i would be serving the last 12 months of my articles.will i be eligible for this may'13 exam?
Please respond at the earliest,as the last date for filing the form is march 6th!

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

As per this you will be eligible for Nov 2013 attempt.

28 February 2013 I have gone through the online form,where under the catagory certification by auditor i found this,"candidates presently in service, serving the last twelve months of training as on 1st May, 2013 and due to complete 3years / 3 1/2 years of training (including excess leave, if any)on or before 30th April, 2014".To whom is this catagory applicable then?
