My client is preparing Monthly Balance Sheet and send it to H.O. We are the statutory Auditor of the CO. as a whole. So plz tell me is there any law requirement to prepare monthly balance sheet or otherwise.

There is no requirement to prepare monthly balance sheet under any law in India. This is only for MIS purposes
