29 August 2011 can an organisation allow its accountants to modify and delete the accounting entries posted by them in an accounting package. or any controls needed
kindly give me suggestions

29 August 2011 For better Internal Control System such modification must not be allowed to everyone except few person or one can allow modification within his login only to ascertain his / her responsibility for modification.

For the same purpose you must have to open different login for different user and right to be allocated as per their need of work.

30 August 2011 is there any option in Tally 9 or in Ex-package to get the log of accounts modified or deleted . If not how can we identify those modified or deleted transactions
